7-11-17 Housekeeping

I am cleaning out all of skeletons good and bad. It's  not pleasant  for me to look at but I have  to admit  and own up to all of it. It's  the only  way I will ever be able  to make peace with  myself  and my actions.I'm shocked and ashamed of my memories that have surfaced over the last couple of days.I must have really hated myself to behave in such a disgusting manor.
