Have you ever watched them just prior to a storm coming your way? Watch the birds, for example. They act differently, don’t they? We have a 21+ year old cat that stays outside in the summer, by his own choice, and we can tell by watching him if a storm is headed our way. Even if my wife and I are leaving for a few days, he knows. Our neighbor across the street has a fairly large dog that stays outside.
