12-30-19 2020 A Year of Trials and Tribulations of the Saints
My dear friends, we are almost there. The Year 2020 is hours away. I liken it to the analogy of a death row prisoner who has exhausted all of his legal appeals and is now awaiting the day of his demise to be set. Well, America your day has been set and we are waiting and watching for the execution. This coming year is the time to be proactive. If you haven't prepared you are probably too late. Watch and be vigilant. Don't be like the foolish virgins that didn't plan for and have enough oil left for their lamps. Stay very close to Christ and make sure that you and your family are always walking in his spirit and will. Listen closely and carefully to His instructions and follow them completely. Prepare your children mentally and emotionally for what is coming. Make sure that you yourself are prepared as you won't be of any use to others if you fall apart yourself. Live every day as if it is your last day on earth because it may very well be so. Spend as much alone and quiet time in scripture and prayer as you can. Remain steadfast and faithful until the end. There are much pain and sorrow coming that we will have to endure but victory is ours in Christ our Lord.
On the practical side, you should know now what to do. You may not be at home when events occur so plan accordingly. You should always be carrying your 72 hr bug out bag for each family member with you. You may not be able to travel by vehicle to get back home as the roadways may be out or blocked so be prepared to walk carrying your supplies. Always have your firearms and ammo and other weapons with you. Things will turn nasty quickly and the bad elements will take advantage any way they can. It's wintertime so make sure you have the extra supplies on hand to survive the elements. Your home should already be ready with 6 months of food, water, fuel, medicines, and medical supplies. Also emergency heating units, electrical generators, extra blankets, sleeping bags, tents, batteries, candles, lamps, matches, lighters, portable stoves, duck tape, tarps, heavy plastic wrap. Be able to seal off individual rooms of your house if the need arises. Be able to barricade doors and windows and blackout your quarters. Have emergency portable sanitary units on hand with heavy plastic bags that won't easily tear or leak. Be ready to place and defend a security perimeter around your property. Have non-electronic items on hand to keep the children happy and occupied. Have two-way communication devices on hand as cellphones may not work. When things do go bad, really bad, don't venture out unless it's a life or death emergency. Keep your vehicles full of gas. Make sure your propane tanks are full. If you have kerosene heaters make sure they are in good working order and your kerosene containers are full. Have sufficient cash on hand, in small denominations, as atm's and cards probably won't work or be accepted for payment. I pray that God will keep you and your family safe and secure in His loving hands today and in the days to come until we all are joined together with Him for all eternity.
