7-31-20 Daily Devotion

July 31, 2020 The Call to Servanthood Galatians 5:13 ,  John 12:26 Three New Testament writers opened their epistles in a similar way: “Paul, a bond-servant of Christ Jesus...” ( Rom. 1:1 ), “Simon Peter, a bond-servant and apostle of Jesus Christ...” ( 2 Peter 1:1 ), and “James, a bond-servant of God and the Lord Jesus Christ...” ( James 1:1 ). They viewed themselves as humble workers. God calls each believer to a life of service. This should be an exciting prospect, but too many people get hung up on the belief that they cannot be as good as the apostles. A popular idea in the church is that the Lord’s servants are those doing full-time ministry but that everyone else is simply trying to live well. Nothing could be further from the truth. We all are servants with important kingdom work to do. Some kingdom jobs look more important than others, but that’s only because we evaluate with human eyes. Every work that advances the gospel or serves a need is valuable. Not eve...

7-31-20 Intentional Destruction by Fear

Daily Jot: Intentional destruction by fear  - Bill Wilson - www.dailyjot.com   As we unpack the COVID 19 pandemic, Americans are going to find that false information, lies, false science, and sinister deep state-like forces are destroying our lives for political and personal gain. I know it's a bold, controversial statement. Consider, however, how ruthlessly the left, the media, and the deep state prosecuted an anti-globalist President who threatened their power. That didn't work, so they turned on the citizenry. Democrat politicians and globalists demanded closing businesses, put us under house arrest, shifted food distribution networks so food prices skyrocketed, infected nursing homes, and now are promoting violence. The intentional destruction by fear collapsing the American way of life.   Dr. Anthony Codevilla, senior fellow at the conservative think tank Claremon Institute, in his powerful essay about "The COVID Coup," wrote, "By intentionally redu...

7-31-20 A Covenant With Many

A Covenant with Many :: By Cynthia Nuara Published on:  July 28, 2020  by  RRadmin7   Category: Cynthia Nuara ,  General Articles There was a United Nations Security Council (UNSC) video conference on Tuesday, July 21, 2020. In their discussion, all the representatives opposed Israel’s annexation plan, and there were calls for sanctions against the Jewish state. A number of nations want to be involved in facilitating and negotiating a two-State “solution.” Bulgaria’s Nickolay Mladenov, who is Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process and UN Secretary-General Guterres’ representative, said, “We must use the opportunity presented by the current crises to move forward, and to regain the path towards a negotiated two-State solution…in line with relevant UN resolutions, bilateral agreements and international law.” He reiterated Guterres’ call to the members of the Middle East Quartet, Arab countries, and Israeli and ‘Palestinian’ leadership to urg...

7-31-20 Biblical Foundation for Pastoral Ministry Part 4

Biblical Foundation for Pastoral Ministry: Part 4 :: By Dr. Donald Whitchard Published on:  January 4, 2020  by  RRadmin7   Category: General Articles 1 Timothy 2:1-7: “Prayers for All Men” “Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God  and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time, for which I was appointed a preacher and an apostle – I am speaking the truth in Christ and not lying – a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth” (1 Timothy 2:1-7, NKJV). I don’t think that I’m relying upon speculation when I present the notion that be...

7-31-20 My True Father

My True Father :: By Candy Austin Published on:  January 4, 2020  by  RRadmin7   Category: General Articles 2 Corinthians 6:1 8  – “And I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the LORD Almighty.” There have been three personal ‘Father Experiences’ I have had throughout my time here on Earth, not including both of my grandfathers whom I did not get to see very much growing up. The first one was in my being born to a deaf dad whom I will always care for. Unfortunately, he is also a man who has hurt me in ways I will never be able to fully convey in this life. Growing up as a child with him was like existing with a ‘Ticking Time Bomb.’ Momma, Sister, and I learned to ‘Walk on Eggshells’ because we never knew if something we said or did would set him off! From a child’s perspective, it was like living with the Incredible Hulk (Fierce Mode), Michael Myers (Halloween Terror Movie), and Chewbacca (Loud Incoheren...

7-31-20 George Soros and His War Against Jews

George Soros and His War Against Jews :: By Geri Ungurean Published on:  January 4, 2020  by  RRadmin7   Category: General Articles ,  Geri Ungurean The truth about George Soros’ hatred of his own people is finally revealed by Daniel Greenfield. I’m very glad that a Jew revealed the truth about this monster; otherwise, we’d be hearing cries of anti-Semitism from the Left. I have written numerous articles through the years about Soros. The Leftwing media love to spin the stories of his life. They turn on anyone who speaks of Soros’ life during WWII, and how he was used by the Nazis to round up his fellow Jews – ushering them onto the death trains headed for concentration camps. From  frontpagemag.com Soros’ War Against the Jews The shame, hatred and megalomania driving the world’s wealthiest anti-Semite. 7-31-20 The Lamb

The Lamb :: By Sandy Howard Published on:  January 5, 2020  by  RRadmin7   Category: General Articles A study of the comparisons between the Passover lamb and the Lamb of God: Passover lambs are born in Bethlehem. So was Jesus born in Bethlehem. Passover lambs are sacrificed in Jerusalem. So was Jesus sacrificed in Jerusalem. Passover lambs are bred and born for the sole purpose of sacrifice. So was Jesus conceived and born for the sole purpose of sacrifice. Passover lambs must be spotless and without defect. So was Jesus spotless and without defect. Passover lambs are born in a stable. So was Jesus born in a stable. The Passover lamb was the first-born. Jesus was the first-born son of Mary. When born, the Passover lamb is wrapped in swaddling clothes (which are actually long strips, about 4″ wide, of linen or cotton, wrapped around and around the lamb in mummy-like fashion) to prevent him from hurting or scarring himself. Jesus was also wrapped in swad...
