3-20-23 Rapture?

So this is a tough post to write. The ramifications are life-changing and most Christians don't want their thought process challenged.
The Rapture has always troubled me because escapism doesn't fit into Christianity. What and who do we place our trust in. I think we can agree that the words Jesus spoke to us are infallible and true in all matters. What did Jesus have to say about a Rapture? He didn't.Google, " What did Jesus say about the Rapture"? You might be surprised. So did Paul get it wrong? Or did we misinterpret?
Look at the history of the church. Christians have always been persecuted and suffered tribulation at the hands of others. What did Christ tell us about our lot in this life while following Him? Did He not say that our friends, neighbors, and even family members will betray us and hand us over to be killed for His namesake. I think we can agree that we are living in the latter days. I think our Prophet and Apostles have made that fact quite clear. Why does The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints keep spending billions of dollars building new temples worldwide if the Prophet knew that we were going to be raptured away from this world soon? All of those Temples would just be empty buildings if we are all taken away. What does the Bible tell us? Christ tells us that we will have tribulation and that we are to endure until the end. The tribulation and the wrath of God are two different things. Man brings about the tribulation on Humanity. The wrath of God is God's judgment on a fallen world that has forsaken Him. Christians will not be subject to the wrath of God but the tribulation is a totally different manner.
Why do you think the US government has purchased thousands of modern guillotines and has them located at military bases, empty FEMA camps, and on railway cars throughout the US? Who are they going to use them on?

And I saw thrones and they that sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them. And I saw the souls of them that had been beheaded for the witness of Jesus and for the Word of God, and who had not worshiped the beast, nor his image, nor had received his mark upon their foreheads or on their hands, and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. Rev 20:4
Coincidence? or fulfillment of the Revelation of Christ. Will Christians who are looking for rescue become disillusioned when rescue doesn't come and they are faced with a choice of physical life but eternal death or eternal life but physical death? Will they deny and forsake Christ as their Savior?
It's the Harvest season and the workers are few. It's time that we step up and become harvesters for Christ and His Kingdom. Our job is to fill the Temples so that even more will need to be built. The world is hungry for the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The lies and deceptions of the world are falling apart. We need to proclaim the truth to the masses one person at a time and gather Israel to Zion.
