12-30-17 What to Look Out For in 2018

After several prophetic events and occurring trends in 2017 here's what to expect in 2018. 1. Disclosure and Deception. The governments of the world are finally admitting that UFO's exist and that we are not alone. What they are not telling you is that the governments have been working with other beings for years and that's where we have gotten all the new technologies that are now being revealed. The truth of the real identity of these beings is also hidden. They are not space aliens but rather the fallen ones of old. When full disclosure comes they are going to tell you that these beings are our real creators and that we should worship them instead of Jesus or God and that they are here to save humanity from itself. 2. Extreme and unpredictable weather events and patterns will increase and intensify. 3.Global unrest and war will increase. 4. The move to digital currency will continue. Paper money is going to become worthless. 5. Famine and food shortages will increas...

December 31 Make Space for God to Fill   Weekly Overview: As this year comes to a close, it’s vital that we take time to both reflect on what God has done and allow him to prepare us for what’s to come. A new year marks a fresh opportunity to center our lives around the goodness of God. I pray that as you begin looking toward what is to come you will make space to gain God’s perspective, ground your hopes and pursuits on his grace, and celebrate all that God has done and is doing. May your time with God this week be filled with the loving presence of your heavenly Father. “Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!”  Psalm 46:10 Worship Open Space | Housefires feat. Kirby Kaple The story of Mary, Martha, and Jesus found in  Luke 10  encapsulates God’s longing for simple, unfettered relationship with his children. As...

12-31-17 Today in the Word

DEVOTION FOR SUNDAY, DECEMBER 31, 2017 Revelation 21:1–22:5 ORIGINAL INTENTIONS FULFILLED The last chapters of the Bible describe the ultimate end of history and God’s triumph over everything that has separated Him from His beloved creation, humanity. The story of His desire to dwell with men and women in unhindered fellowship that began in Genesis now finds its glorious conclusion in Revelation. The “new heaven and a new earth” (21:1) describe a restoration of God’s creation. The scene depicts a return to the garden, with a “river of the water of life” (22:1) and “the tree of life” with leaves “for the healing of the nations” (22:2). The brokenness of our fallen world will be removed: “No longer will there be any curse” (22:3); and “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain” (21:4). Every sinful and unclean thing will be removed, and all that remains will be security and peace (21:8, 25–27). God’s intention for in...

December 31, 2017 Getting to Know Christ Intimately Philippians 3:12-21 No matter where you are in your walk with Christ, it’s never too late to begin pursuing a deeper relationship with Him. Whether you’re already passionate about Jesus or know Him only on a surface level, it is wise to do as Paul urged—to “press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus” ( Phil. 3:14 ). To get started, follow these six steps: 1. Study Scripture.  No one can know God apart from His Word since He speaks to us through it, revealing who He is and what He does. 2. Be willing to spend time alone with the Father in prayer, meditation, and worship.  One of the main reasons Christians don’t have a close relationship with Jesus is that they’re unwilling to invest the time needed to know Him better. 3. Trust God.  The depth of any relationship depends on the level of trust. 4. Obey Him.  As we take each step of obedience, the Lord will reveal...

12-31-17 Daily Dig

Image
Daily Dig for December 31 Christoph Friedrich Blumhardt Whoever expects Christ will experience the Savior, whether he lives or dies. There is thus no such thing as death where God’s kingdom is concerned. It is not a matter of wanting to leave the world behind; the one who wants to forsake the world abandons God’s will. It is extremely important that the work of preparing the way is already undertaken on earth; it is not heaven that needs to be conquered but the earth. Would that we were all ready to focus on this divine goal! Source:  When the Time Was Fulfilled

12-31-17 It's Time to Take Shelter

It’s Time to Take Shelter :: By Tim Cameron by  RRadmin7   Category: General Articles ,  Tim Cameron “A prudent man foresees evil and hides himself, but the simple pass on and are punished” (Proverbs 22:3). One stormy spring night at 2:30 a.m. in the Ozarks of Missouri, I was stirred awake by a loud crack of thunder. Looking out from the bedroom window; I could see the rain was moving sideways. I ran and turned on the TV to see that our area was under a tornado warning. My heart raced realizing that I had slept through any warnings that might have been given. The next morning talking with other local friends we all asked the same question, “Did you hear the sirens?” In the Ozarks, in tornado alley, we take tornado season seriously. Six years ago this May, Joplin Missouri was hit with the deadliest tornado to hit the USA since 1947; 158 people died in the EF-5 Multiple Vortex Tornado. On May 22, 2011, I stood outside getting ready to go to a friend’s hous...
